While I sit here and mope around on the DL, my boys went to Binghamton and took on the Mets for a three game series and what a series it was. As you can see by the post title, they swept all three games from the Mets. In Friday's game, we doubled them up 12-6. Saturday brought about a 7-0 shutout and then to top that, Sunday was a 9-0 shutout. Solid hitting and great pitching led the way for us. Great job, guys!!!!
As for me, the swelling is going down and the docs say that there is no ligament damage. They are pretty optimistic that I will be back in six weeks but until then I'll be on these damn crutches. I've almost broken my neck twice already. Wish me luck.
