The pain is a little better but I still can't walk without some pain. It's not as bad as the last two days but it is still there. Still in Phase 1 of rehab so I'll let you know when I'm ready to move on to Phase 2.
The good news is that we beat Richmond 4-2 to win the series two games to one. The team now heads to Harrisburg. PA to take on the Senators in a four game series. Good luck guys and I am with you in spirit.
